ABOUT US

Antoinette Burke, PAc, RD
I started my career as a Registered Dietitian. My work experience in that area was largely in the hospital setting providing care for a wide variety of challenging patient populations including critical care, severe burn/wounds, renal failure, cystic fibrosis, and bone marrow transplant. I mostly provided management of enteral and parenteral nutrition. After many years in the hospital, I felt I had more to offer. In September 2019, I began working on my Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies. I completed the 15 month didactic portion of the program in December of 2020 with a 4.0 GPA, completed my clinical rotations throughout 2021, and successfully passed my PANCE in February 2022.
In addition to my clinical experiences, I have also been a highly active person for the majority of my adult life. I have generally gravitated towards forms of exercise that do not include the use of weights or traditional cardio machines. Specifically; dance, pilates, yoga, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). I am a previous pilates instructor and former coach for BJJ. I am a 200 HR RYS yoga instructor. I was awarded my brown belt in BJJ in 2018 and I continue to work towards my black belt.
I grew up in foster care and have overcome many personal traumas to get to where I am today.
All experiences combined, I have found that mainly people everywhere are just trying to get back to health but somehow have gotten a little lost along the way. I know that life is hard and I also know that the road to wellness is different for everyone. Let me help you find your path. Everyone welcome.
